BitTrack Account and Data Deletion

At BitTrack, we respect your right to control your personal data and privacy. In compliance with Google Play Store policies and global data protection regulations, you can permanently delete your BitTrack account and all associated personal information at any time.

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can permanently delete your account directly from within the mobile app in real time:

  1. Open the BitTrack mobile app on your Android device.
  2. Navigate to the Setting tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom section.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the action to finalize the deletion.

Immediate Processing Once confirmed, your session will be terminated and your account data will be permanently wiped from our production database instantly.

Option 2: Web / Email Deletion Request

If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, you can submit an account deletion request via email:

Please include the following details so we can locate your record:

  • Registered Email Address: (The email associated with your BitTrack account)
  • Username or User ID: (If known)
  • Subject Line: Account Deletion Request

Our technical team processes email deletion requests within 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation response once the records have been purged.

What Data Is Deleted Upon Account Deletion?

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently purged from our servers:

  • Account Identification: Username, email address, display name, and authentication credentials.
  • Device & Push Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration tokens and device pairing identifiers.
  • Telemetry & Session Logs: Cloud mining timestamps, computing power history, and satoshi balances.
  • Withdrawal Records: Destination cryptocurrency wallet addresses and transfer history.

Data Retention Policy

BitTrack does not retain personal information once an account is deleted. Non-identifiable aggregated operational statistics may be maintained strictly for system performance analysis, but cannot be traced back to any individual identity.
