Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy for BitTrack
This Privacy Policy explains how BitTrack ("we", "our", or "the Service") collects, uses, processes, and safeguards user information when you access or use the BitTrack mobile application and associated online services. By installing, registering, or using the application, you consent to the data practices and operational protocols detailed in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
To provide and maintain our services, we collect information you provide directly as well as technical data generated automatically during app usage:
- Account Identification: When registering an account or authenticating through third-party sign-in providers such as Google Sign-In, we record your email address, username, display identifiers, and encrypted credential hashes.
- Withdrawal Information: If you request external transfer of account balances, you submit destination cryptocurrency wallet addresses (including Bitcoin Mainnet, Lightning Network, BEP20, TRC20, ERC20, or Polygon) for transaction processing.
- Device & Telemetry Data: We automatically record technical diagnostic details including your mobile device model, operating system build, network connectivity type, preferred regional language settings, and unique installation identifiers.
- Communication Logs: When contacting customer assistance via support@bittrack.network, we retain your communication history and email address to resolve operational inquiries.
- Notification Tokens: Device registration tokens generated through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) are stored to dispatch operational cycle completion reminders and platform alerts.
2. Purchase and Payment Processing
All in-app purchases, digital product acquisitions, subscription tiers, and optional tips are handled exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing via RevenueCat. BitTrack does not collect, process, or store financial billing credentials, credit card details, or banking information. Financial transactions remain subject to the respective privacy and security policies of Google Play.
3. Technical Operations and Data Usage
We process collected data to maintain service functionality, calculate computational allocations, and enforce platform integrity. System telemetry tracks server availability, remote compute cycles, and account balances. Users acknowledge that the application operates strictly as a digital telemetric management interface; the software does not utilize device hardware to execute proof-of-work calculations, does not mine real cryptocurrency directly on consumer devices, and does not provide financial investment instruments. All displayed compute rates reflect centralized remote datacenter operational parameters. Data is further utilized to verify account authorizations, prevent fraudulent multi-account generation, manage background task scheduling, and isolate user configurations across active login sessions.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We integrate established third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services to support fundamental application features:
- Google Play Services: Manages authentication mechanisms and processes digital in-app purchase receipts in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Displays advertising inventory to standard account tiers and may collect anonymous advertising identifiers (GAID) according to Google advertising standards.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: Delivers push notifications and administrative operational updates to registered device endpoints.
- RevenueCat: Verifies in-app transaction entitlements and monitors subscription lifecycle states.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Account records and associated operational logs are retained for the duration of account activity. Users maintain the right to delete their account and associated personal information at any time. Account deletion can be executed directly within the application under Setting > Delete Account. Executing this action permanently removes authentication records, notification tokens, session history, and user identifiers from our active databases.
6. Security Measures
We implement standard technical safeguards, including SSL/TLS encrypted transport protocols, one-way password hashing algorithms, and restricted server access permissions to protect stored data from unauthorized modification, disclosure, or destruction.
7. Minors' Privacy
The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 and older or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. We do not intentionally gather personal information from minors. If we discover that personal data from an underage user has been recorded without verifiable authorization, we will promptly delete the corresponding information.
8. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy periodically to align with technical modifications or regulatory updates. Continued use of the application following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Contact Information
For questions or formal inquiries regarding this policy or data processing practices, please contact our administrative team at support@bittrack.network.
